Book early and over-communicate. I recommend reaching out 3-6 months ahead so we can align on your style, colour story, and buttercream florals. My process is hands-on and collaborative, so even from another time zone, you’ll feel fully supported.

My signature buttercream is formulated for both taste and structure, so your cake holds its beauty – even in warm temps. Still, once it hits 106°, I always suggest a cooled, shaded display. I work closely with venues to protect your edible art.
